Caravane Sportive du Grand Sud is a traveling initiative aimed at officially launching Konbit Sportif du Grand Sud (KSGS) in Haiti's four southern departments: Grand'Anse, Nippes, Sud, and Sud-Est.

This regional project is based on the deployment of a sports and institutional caravan combining community sports activities, awareness-raising actions, and organizational implementation. Its objective is to make KSGS a unified regional movement, close to communities and sustainably anchored in the field.

- Officially launch KSGS in the four departments of the Grand Sud region
- Mobilize and unite young people around a common sports project

Sports Caravan Concept
- The Grand Sud Sports Caravan consists of a mobile KSGS team (coordinators, technicians, and volunteers), basic sports equipment, and a standardized program of activities that can be adapted to local circumstances.
Each step includes :
- Community sports activities
- Mini sports clinics
- Educational workshops (discipline, leadership, citizenship)
- A meeting with local authorities and sports stakeholders
- An official KSGS launch ceremony
- Mobilization and registration of local volunteers
